Doctor on call in Bab Ghmat
On either side of the south-eastern gate, a doctor comes to your home as soon as our dispatch has confirmed your request.
Bab Ghmat takes its name from the road that once led to Aghmat, at the foot of the Atlas. The gate links the Médina with the large working-class districts of the south-east, Sidi Youssef Ben Ali first among them. The area is mostly family housing and local shops, with heavy traffic at rush hour. We carry out home consultations, night visits and prescribed care here. Tell us straight away which side of the wall you live on: that shapes the doctor’s whole route.
Helping the doctor find you
- Médina side or outside: that is the first useful piece of information for the doctor.
- Name a well-known shop or the mosque in your street.
- A relative can wait in front of the Bab Ghmat gate and guide the doctor to the house.
When should you call us?
- An asthma attack or bronchitis in a child, in the middle of the night
- An older person with diabetes who feels weak and disoriented
- A prescribed IV drip or dressing to continue at home
