Can you come to my hotel or riad?
Yes. We visit homes, hotels, riads and guesthouses in Marrakech. Give the name of the property and your room number; in the Médina, the doctor covers the last stretch on foot.
I am on holiday in Marrakech. Can you help me?
Yes. Call us or message us on WhatsApp at +212 6 06 32 03 20 from your hotel, riad or holiday rental: our dispatch assesses your situation and arranges the visit.
Can my insurance reimburse the visit?
At the end of the visit you are given an invoice, together with a medical report for your insurer where necessary. Assistance companies are also among the organisations we deal with.
Which parts of Marrakech and the surrounding area do you cover?
The whole city, from the Médina to Guéliz, Hivernage, Agdal, the Palmeraie, M’Hamid, Massira and Targa. For Tamansourt, Ourika, Tahanaout or Agafay, our dispatch tells you on the phone whether a visit is possible.
